So in a small update to my ongoing frustration with trying to get these
damn installers built. It will be "bzrtools 2.0.1" with the 2.0.1 build,
and 'bzr-explorer 0.8.3' with the 2.1.0b1 build.

I'll be posting a summary to the regular bzr mailing list when the
uploads finish.
