I'm guessing this is the known-and-fixed bug where doing actions from
the root of C:\ cause an infinite loop if you are performing them on any
other drive. (It tries to find the relative path and loops endlessly
because of an off-by-one sort of thing.)
Then again, maybe not, as bug #394227 claims to be fixed in bzr 1.18...
