My apologies, Ian. I saw the 09-Nov-2009 on the pdf-en folder but didn't
check the dates on the files inside. I noticed that the quick-reference
hasn't been updated though.

I would like to be able to include basically the same set of
documentation as the Windows installer, modulo whatever is appropriate
for a Unixy platform.
