* includes the What's New in Bazaar 2.1? document
* includes a link to the Desktop Guide
* removes some Google Analytics javascript that was causing
  some grief.

Please test and raise bugs for any problems you find.

I plan to bundle these in an updated standalone installer in coming
days, one that fixes some other packaging issues, i.e. toolbars in
Explorer, the missing news-merge plugin.
