I've found 2 issue about TBZR.

1) "Help" doesn't works because it moved from /doc/ to /doc/tbzr/.
2) Executing commands from task tray shows console window. because I stopped
    using tbzrcommandw.exe and tbzrcachew.exe.

I've fixed both on TBZR trunk. But I think these issue are too small
to make new package.
When next packaging, I'll tag a new release.

Aside from these issue, it seems TBZR works well.
tbzrcommandw.exe and tbzrcachew.exe are not needed now.
