Right.  I noticed that.  :(   After I figured out how to get disutils to
work at all.  I gotta start taking better notes!

These builds for Windows get tangled fast.  My build machines have been busy
paying the bills for the last couple days.  I hope to take some time on them
tomorrow or Friday.
