Hi,

I've started to work on my own build environment for bzr and python 2.6.
I've installed MSVC2008 Express (Russian edition just for fun, but this 
should not matter).

While building C extensions I've noticed that msvc has created manifest 
file for every pyd file, see attached one of them.

I wonder should we bundle them into standalone bzr installer or not?
