thousand and decimal separators in web client, swiss german

Hi all,

what is the preferred method to show the correct swiss german thousand and decimal separators in the web client? (' and , respectively). I've seen https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-client/+bug/697625 and tryed to set both the user OE language and the system locale, to no avail.
