Progress bar has been removed as it wasn't actually a progress bar, but
you should have a throbber. You get a completely empty grayed-out screen
instead?

Hi, 
when I create a database, I enter login name ..., and click on create database, in the past there was a progressbar for initialization, now there is nothing just a sail grey .
windows vista, firefox 3.6.10 revision 3531
