I retried, and effectively there is a throbber, but just at the end of progression; else for the gray sail this should be normal, see attachment.
But it is not very important.

Hi, 
when I create a database, I enter login name ..., and click on create database, in the past there was a progressbar for initialization, now there is nothing just a sail grey .
windows vista, firefox 3.6.10 revision 3531
