Ok,
I tested with NONE  => float required, and value 0 => impossible to connect the server.
For my notebook, it is enough I think (but there is better):
quad core Q9000 6mo cache
4 go ddr3 1066 mhz
ssd for system
secondary disk for data 5400round/min (where is installed openerp)
Perhaps try on the ssd, but at 5400 round/min (data are at the end of disk also I think), 14 minutes to install all applications with configurator in section 'install applications'

fortunately, I have not a pentium D or a celeron ;)

when I check all general modules, after a time I have this error :
