[Bug 492331] Re: sale order doesn't include lead times
Hello Alex,
With the latest trunk version things are handled quite nicely.
Please take a look at the new changes that have taken place.
It calculates the date_planned on the basis of the security lead,
delay(customer & manufacturing lead time)
You need to specify the 'sale_delay' that is the 'Customer Lead Time' on the product's form, also 'produce_delay' which is the 'Manufacturing Lead Time'.
Accordingly the calculation are made which relate to the stock moves and also the procurements to have the actual time for its production.
Thanks.

Bug description:
When creating a sale order, one expects to have the delivery time for the customer on the quotation and on the order.
Currently the delivery time isn't calculated by OpenERP (for items in stock - immediately, for items which need procurement or manufacturing based on lead times).
