Hello,

I have seen the mentioned screen and Search view of purchase will latest
revisions of server and web and things seem absolutely normal.

This could be a cookies issue at your end. Reopen if it still happens.
Attaching screenshots would help.

when user open the form view and click on supplier m2o field the view does not come in proper way.
