Actually the behavior is not correct yet with the text widget in the trunk.
For example : 
-open a sale order
- confirm it
- set the focus on "customer reference"
- move back with shift+tab => the focus goes to "reference number".

Status in OpenObject GTK Client: Won't Fix

Bug description:
In the latest 5.0-bzr, read-only fields get the focus when clicked on and when navigating with the tab key.
But the tab key should skip those fields instead to allow for a faster input.
