Missing States and Provinces in database

Status in OpenObject Server: Invalid

Bug description:
When you install OpenERP v5.0.10, all the States and Provinces are missing from the database. As OpenERP is preparing to expand into the United States, you will find that everybody in the US (and Canada) will want the list of States.

SOLUTION:
I just created a CSV file which contains 3,681 States and Provinces for 240 different Countries (attached).

To import the file:
Go to Main Menu> Partners> Configuration> Localization> States and then click Import (down in the bottom left corner).

Do NOT choose any fields (it will detect them when you pick the file) and you should NOT have to change any options.

Use the Browse button to locate the CSV file ("fields to import" should automatically populate), then click Import. It may take 30 seconds to a minute, but then you should get a popup that says "Imported 3681 objects!" That's it!!

MISSING COUNTRIES:
These are the Countries that I know are NOT included in the file, but there might be more.
 Montenegro (ME)
 Serbia (RS)
Palestinian Territory, Occupied (PS) - not in OpenERP Countries table
Timor-Leste (TL) - not in OpenERP Countries table

IMPROPER ISO COUNTRY NAMES:
Just for everybody's information, OpenERP uses the the two letter country code of UK for the United Kingdom. This is incorrect. The official two letter country for United Kingdom should be GB
