It's working correctly here: you jsut need to be in extended view mode.
Refresh your menu (or just do a log-in, log-out) in order to apply your
preferences modification on the opened menu.

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules: Invalid

Bug description:
The Leads menu does NOT show up for non-administrator users.  This includes users that are in the "extended view" group but are not administrators.
