Bug description:
OpenObject: TRUNK
Server revno: 2147
Addons revno: 3230
Client revno: 1217

To reproduce this issue, juste indicate a bad information (db_host, du_user) in argument on configuration file, start the server, and try to connect., the client always say "Could not connect to server !" and no traceback on server side.
