Hello,

I have tried the vat of 19.6, but the tax is rightly calculated as per
the RED text given by you and it is fair.

I see one problem that, the name of your tax is VAT 19.6, but the
percentage set could be 0.2000.

Can you recheck?

Fresh setup branch openerp (10/11/2010), test a new order, quotation, we have not a good calculation of the VAT.
