I have checked this with latest trunk code and everything is working fine.
I have created one more payment term by referring your bug specification, Creating a invoice with blank payment term but did not face the issue what you specified(Got Due date blank).

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules: Invalid

Bug description:
I have created 2 payments terms:
1 - 30 days end of month
2 - 30 days net

Create an invoice on the 15/11/10 with no payment terms (select blank).
validate invoice
On the second tab, due date is 31/12/10.

Expected : due date = invoice date = 15/11/10

I think system takes first payment term (based on sequence)
