So,

We have update the VAT directly on table account_tax to 0.196. VAT is at
0.20 on OpenERP GTK Client but when we process to create an order or
quotation, VAT calculation is correct.

For information, on GTK Client, VAT is limited to 0.00 on v6 and 0.0000
on v5 (French analytic)

Hello, 

Fresh setup branch openerp (10/11/2010), test a new order, quotation, we have not a good calculation of the VAT.
