It's currently in the delivery module and it has to be moved in the stock module.
Put a multi=True on the action so that it does not appears in form view.
If the state of an Ougoing Shipment is done, the button must appear on the bottom right corner of the form "Print Delivery Order". At the left of this button, add also "Return Products" button.

Bug description:
Trunk, Warehouse :
if there is only "stock" module installed (without other related modules), the "Delivery Order" pdf report isn't visible. No way to print a delivery order. 

this report should be available in the stock module even if the user didn't install others modules.
