Thank you for your suggestion! However this is unfortunately out of the scope of the current OpenERP release, so we cannot implement it.
Let's close this bug for now, for the sake of clarity in Launchpad, it can always be reopened later when we consider new features for future roadmaps.

Bug description:
IMHO the test we see now are only the first step checking "positive" events
"Does the system behave correctly if correct data are entered correctly"

IMHO we badly need
"Does the system behave correctly if INCORRECT data are entered correctly or incorrectly"

Examples accounting:
* Supplier Invoice 
- Total != calculated total
- incorrect VAT 
* Customer Invoice (with discount)
- payment without discount
- payment with exact discount
- other payment 
* One payment for multiple invoices
* Partial payment for multiple invoices
* Payments with other currency

Examples Sales
* Customer wants to change Sale Order 
- modify quantity
- add item
