[Bug 626867] Re: [trunk] missing standard filters

Hello,
Thank you for your suggestion! However this is unfortunately out of the scope of the current OpenERP release, so we cannot implement it.
Let's close this bug for now, for the sake of clarity in Launchpad, it can always be reopened later when we consider new features for future roadmaps.
Thank you for your understanding!

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules: Won't Fix

Bug description:
I just post the result of the accounting expert list here

almost everywhere we need the following filters - please read the complete posting.

not having the "last ..... " filters makes the forms almost unusable especially for managers. (or everyone has to add these filters manually)

    * This month. (default)
    * This quarter.
    * This year.
    * Last month.
    * Last quarter.
    * Last year.

+ 1, usually we don't want to see the last X days, but the last month.

I would vote for this default filters on the
analytic/financial-accounting-based analysis:

    * This period. (default)
    * This fiscal year.
    * Last period.
    * Last fiscal year.

And this ones for everything else (sales / purchases analysis):

    * This month. (default)
    * This quarter.
    * This year.
    * Last month.
    * Last quarter.
    * Last year.
