Status in OpenObject Web Client: Fix Released

Bug description:
During set up / configuration of the database the download of the OpenOffice report plugin is proposed but download button is on the far right (after lot's of text) and doesn't work

step to reproduce:
Configure new database using web client
Choose module report editor
Try to download the report plugin
