Hello,

Our R&D Teams are focused on the latest OpenERP version, and this issue does not affect it.
Our policy is to keep the changes applied on stable branches to a minimum, in order to limit the regression risks for customers that are in production. This means that bugs reported on Launchpad are fixed in the trunk branch only by default, even if they were reported against other stable versions.
We stand of course ready to backport the change to stable releases if it has an impact on any customer. In this case please report it to our maintenance team via the OpenERP Publisher's Warranty. They will quickly help solve the issue and backport the fix if needed.

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules: Won't Fix

Bug description:
Openerp 5.0.16 Extra-addons-stable 5.0 revno 4646

If the purchase_tax_include module is used (and also account_tax_include) and if you have a tax that includes taxes in price and if using Average Price as Costing Method and if you create invoices directly from purchase order, you got incorrectly the price for the packing with the tax included, which is not really the cost for your purchase.

STEPS

TAX 
Tax Name: VAT PURCHASE; Tax Group: VAT; Tax Type: Percent; Applicable Type: True; Amount: 0.14; Tax Included in Price: True

PRODUCT
Name: SUTURES Price: 1 EUR;  Costing Method: Average; Purchase Taxes: VAT PURCHASE

PURCHASE ORDER
Supplier: WhatEver; Price method: Tax Included

PURCHASE ORDER LINE
Product: SUTURES; Qty: 500  Unit Price: 1; Subtotal w/o tax: 435 Subtotal: 500
Untaxed Amount: 435; Taxes:65; Total 500

The purchase order is fine and everything is calculated in a good way.

But now if you make the packing, you'll get:
PO:SUTURES Price: 1, Qty:500 

And the price is the price with the tax included, where it should be without the tax.
