Status in OpenObject Addons Modules: New

Bug description:
Hi!

There are a few minor bugs in the account_cash_discount module in the "extra-addons" branch.  I hope I'm reporting this to the correct place.

I'm attaching a diff that includes 3 things:

1) Move the separator to the correct place.  Since the replace is with position="after", the order of the fields has to be inverted for them to display properly.
2) Fix "Payement" with "Payment"
3) Add i18n directory with es_AR translation included.

I hope this can be applied.
