Bug description:
If you install a module without configuration, the same popup opens itself again and again. .
e.g : account_cancel module > form view > Schedule for installation > Apply Schedule Upgrades > a new tab is opened with a popup > from the popup, click "Start update" > a popup is opened to start configuration and each time you click "Start Configuration" the same popup opens itself again and again.
