[Bug 645846] Re: Client can be minimized when modal windows are open

** Description changed:

In 5.0.14, the GTK client is allowed to be minimized even when a modal widow is open, such as a search window or an error dialog.
On Windows you can always minimize the client by clicking the entry in the task bar.
On Gnome you can always minimize the client by clicking the entry in the task bar, or clicking the window-manager's buttons on the main window.
+ Allowing modal windows to be minimized is counter-intuitive, so it should be impossible on all platforms.

- At least on Windows XP, we are facing recurring situations where a
- minimized search window is not visible anymore and can't be de-minimized
- anymore - effectively making the whole client non-responding.
-
- More generally, allowing modal windows to be minimized is counter-
- intuitive, so it should be impossible on all platforms.
+ Moreover, on Windows XP, our useres are facing recurring situations
+ where a minimized search window can't be de-minimized anymore -
+ effectively making the whole client non-responding.
