Julian, Lionel,

After discussing with Aline, we agree that something more intuitive
should be found in future OpenERP releases, but changing is impossible
before the release of v6. Simply modifying the 'selection' widgets used
to display state fields is also not an appropriate solution, as many
other fields use the same widget.

Stay tuned for improvements on this topic in future version, and thanks
for your suggestions (leaving the bug as confirmed + wishlist but no
milestone, for consideration in future developments)

Bug description:
Using Trunk, CRM, Opportunities

A usability annoyance is where in the State in CRM shows dropdown box, but you cannot alter it, ie it does not actually work as a drop down.

To Replicate

1) Click Sales -> Opportunities
2) Click '3rd Round Funding - 1000 Units' demo opportunity.
3) Select Edit, and you can see the State as Draft with a dropdown symbol. You actually click 'Open' to open.

A developer who had not seen Open ERP before tried clicking on it today here, and thought it was bad design which I agree with ..
