I confirm this.

I have been facing this problem.

When I reply an issue/lead, it opens a popup. If I switch to another
window or a workspace and go back to my old workspace, I dont find my
popup as its actually hidden behind my main window.

Status in OpenObject GTK Client: Confirmed

Bug description:
Popups tend to disappear behind the main window after a minimize/restore.
After that, the main window is useless, waiting for user input, and cannot be closed.
The only (unclean) way to get out of this is to kill the process using the Task Manager ... :-(
Popups should ALWAYS be in front of other windows!
