Hi,

we noticed some misconceptions too with the CRM module. I am not a
technical expert but:

1- why don't they use a wokflow? everything is done manually?

2- why if you open a case (click on the open button) you have to move to
the next stage? what if the stages are defined by the client? why is the
pseudo workflow associated with the stage?

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules: New

Bug description:
In the data for v6-rc1 (I don't know if it's demo or default data), the CRM stages 5 is "won", and 6 is "lost" so when you have a lead in stage 5 and press the button "next stage", it becomes "lost".
That feels wrong. Lost should probably a stage before "new", you should have to go backward to meet it.
