I'm not sure that's what you expect but with the env command, the charset variables are :
LANG=en_US.utf8
GDM_LANG=en_US.utf8
And my server runs on my computer then it's the same.

Bug description:
the OO sheet was correct, the XML pretends to be UTF-8 but it is not.

BTW How can I update the xml (duplicate/new accounts wrong VAT...)  - shell I send a new OO sheet or fix it manually in the repository?
