Status in OpenObject Addons Modules: Invalid

Bug description:
Hi,
windows, server 3025, addons 3935
using configurator to install database, when I try to install module base_report_designer with button configure, I have this error :

even if I restart configurator and try to skip, always the same error and can't finish configurator
