With a DB without CRM module, th 'Histry' tab is in the partner view but
there isn't anything !!!

I don't use the CRM module and I should have a empty tab on my view.
It's an ergonomical problem. My customers wants to have information in a
tab. If I present us an empty tab, they have the impression of the
software isn't finished.

Please remove this tab of the base module and add it when we can the CRM
module.

Bug description:
On partner form, the 'History' tab doesn't contain a field. Any field is declared to contain the history of SO/PO of the partner.
