Client-web revison 3931

Remove icon from css, mako modify to get image from ir.ui.menu, fields
'web_icon_datas', 'web_icon_hover_datas'

BUT ......

Change only do in the client web, this fields not exist in the server.

Server team no finish to add this, or communication problem between team
?

Bug description:
Hi,

I just downloaded the french translation into my database, and noticed that 2 images / icons of the main menu don't appear.

Why menu images are related to translations?
