To fix this problem, you can also integrate Sale orders, Purchase orders
and Invoices in this tab.

With that, there is always something in this tab (Min. sale orders if
sale module is installed or PO and invoices if the module purchase is
installed).

Bug description:
On partner form, the 'History' tab doesn't contain a field. Any field is declared to contain the history of SO/PO of the partner.
