I am confirming this issue. Here we needs to assign the related domain
in existing property fields of Accounting/Configuration/Financial
Accounting/Templates/Accounts/Chart of Accounts Templates menu action
form.

Bug description:
accounts of all templates can be selected -
IMHO only accoutns from the current chart of accoutns should be allowed

 a multi company / multi country issue
