Hello Dr Ferdinand,

Pads are available via "pad" module.It adds enhanced support for
(Ether)Pad attachments in the web client, lets the company customize
which Pad installation should be used to link to new pads (by default,
pad.openerp.com).

This is not at all concept for GTK.

Bug description:
pads created in WEB client must be classified as such and "blocked"

currently it is possible to assign a file to a pad in GTK client which must be forbidden.
