[Bug 434641] Re: Windows XP - open in excel - must respect decimal separator of locale
Hi
In french we have this problem, and another with UTF8 that cannot
convert in the user locale
eg: é character appear as é
in France Windows use CP1252

Bug description:
open in excel apparently exports number values with decimal dot regardless if the locale settings require comma or dot rendering the export result useless.
