the print button prints the screen with layout now (r 4000)

nevertheless I think we should have the usual "print screen" known from
GTK in the "Reports" section of the right menu , which only prints the
"tree" defined in OpenERP view definition.

I do not see much practical relevance for day to day use printing the
complete layout of the web browser window.
