Same problem, on latest rev (3059) too. Module marketing_campaign
depends on base_tools, which is not present in modules dir.

Bug description:
  [trunk V6.0-dev] When trying to install the module Marketing from the Installation wizard (check Marketing), you get the following message:

 "You try to install module 'email_template' that depends on module 'base_tools'. But the latter module is not available in your system.'

I'm working on the latest BZR version of V6.
