This bug also arise at some other places:

 * create a new sale order
 * click on 'Delivery Cost' button
 * this open a blank page (bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-client-web/+bug/684768)
 * close that blank page
 * click on 'Cancel' (right after 'Save' and 'Save & Edit' buttons)
   -> the sale order list view opens in another window without chrome

  Tools.Surveys: clicking on cancel in form opens the tree list view in another window without chrome

Bug description:
  
Steps (need demo data):

 * go in 'Tools' application
 * in menu, choose Surveys -> Define Surveys -> Surveys
 * choose any survey [1]
 * in form: click on 'Edit Survey' [1]
 * normally, a blank page opens [2]
 * close that new page
 * in the Survey form, click on 'Cancel' (right after 'Edit' and 'Edit and Save' buttons)
 * the Survey tree list view opens in another window, without chrome

[1] I think 'Test Survey' or 'Answer Survey' also raise the bug
[2] if bug #684707 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-client-web/+bug/684707) is not solved, it will open a blank page, if it's solved, the behavior could be different but that another issue
