I checked now with cadaver (on linux) and get the same result - hence
the web_dav module does not work correctly

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  IMHO document structures must be separated by company 
db_name / company / ......

at least to avoid duplicate document names (SO/PO...)
