  Converting an issue to a task  or create a ne task [V6.0 3977-GTK Client]

Bug description:
  Hi 

when converting an issue in a task or create a new task. just put '5' in planned hours an save.

the client raises this error

It does not convert it in relevant format '05:00' before saving. (if you press save again after error it works)

perhaps its a GTK-Client bug issue.
