Maybe I'm stupid, but the base_tools module is not available, even after
an "Update module list". I pulled the latest rev (bar pull in addons/
and addons-community); but base_tools is not there.

Bug description:
  [trunk V6.0-dev] When trying to install the module Marketing from the Installation wizard (check Marketing), you get the following message:

 "You try to install module 'email_template' that depends on module 'base_tools'. But the latter module is not available in your system.'

I'm working on the latest BZR version of V6.
