Again did a bzr pull 2 minutes ago. Still does not work:
You can also test this as follows:

Create a new database.
Select only Human Resources to be installed.
In the second wizard, check all the options.
Then the same message that base_tools is not available.

  Unable to install Marketing Campaign module

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  [trunk V6.0-dev] When trying to install the module Marketing from the Installation wizard (check Marketing), you get the following message:

 "You try to install module 'email_template' that depends on module 'base_tools'. But the latter module is not available in your system.'

I'm working on the latest BZR version of V6.
