I have checked the latest revision rev.no 3982 but i can't reproduce it.
So would you please check base_tools module is available or not in your
addons directory?

  Unable to install Marketing Campaign module

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  [trunk V6.0-dev] When trying to install the module Marketing from the Installation wizard (check Marketing), you get the following message:

 "You try to install module 'email_template' that depends on module 'base_tools'. But the latter module is not available in your system.'

I'm working on the latest BZR version of V6.
