Thanks for your participation here.

I confirm the bug and say that stage should not move once the lead is
LOST or WON.

One can add a logic that if the probability is either 0 or 100, stage
should not be altered.

As far as the workflow related question is concerned, currently CRM does
not work on workflow and we may consider this suggestion for future.

The Order of state has nothing to do with workflow. The order(sequence)
is only concerned for stages.

  CRM : "lost" is the stage after "won"

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:

Bug description:
  In the data for v6-rc1 (I don't know if it's demo or default data), the CRM stages 5 is "won", and 6 is "lost" so when you have a lead in stage 5 and press the button "next stage", it becomes "lost".
That feels wrong. Lost should probably a stage before "new", you should have to go backward to meet it.
