Today same issue with timezone:

All the users having a timezone set in the user form cannot connect with
GTK while they can connect with web client.

After removing timezone in postgres DB res_users, GTK worked fine.


Openerp Server and GTK are 5.0.14

Server is on Windows 7

GTK clients were used on both Windows 7 and Windows XP 5.1-SP2

  Have set user's timezone as Asia/Yekaterinburg.
Gtk client crashed when that user tries to log in .
