I'm getting similar issue with hr_employee modules with trunk version
6.0.0-rc1 revno: server-3084 and addons-3986. See below.

Bug description:
  Hi,
I create a new DB downloading from bzr the trunk version on ubu 10.10
after installing training module i got this warning on server log:

WARNING:init:Field definition for _inherits reference "analytic_account_id" in "training.course_category" must be marked as "required" with ondelete="cascade", forcing it.

Hope the information is enought
